The ranch has a rolling terrain, great south Texas high protein brush, bull mesquites and large pastures for game food plots, bird hunting or to graze cattle. Seasonal creek flows through the ranch and water is caught in the large fishing tank at the back of the property.

HUNTING:

The ranch is set up to be the all around white tail hunting & cattle ranch. The owners have brought in breeding bucks and bred does from great white tail ranches. In 2006 the owners brought in 7 bucks that where 3.5+/- years old, they where as follows: 178 B & C+/-, 162+/-, three bucks that ranged from 153-150+/-, 147+/- and 138+/- Boone & Crocket score and 6 does, a couple that where all ready bred to other bucks. There where a few native deer that remained on the ranch when the property was high fenced. There is also turkey, hogs, quail and dove hunting on the ranch as well.
