Terrain- One of the most impressive parts of this ranch is the diversity of the landscape. The north end is primarily a massive rocky hill, or mountain for these parts. If a target rich environment is what you are after, then you are in luck here! While often quite nomadic, there are feral hogs that pass through quite frequently. Fences- The exterior perimeter is fenced with barbed wire and some hog panels in fair to great condition and currently holding cattle. Most of another pasture toward the southeast is fenced out and would be easily added onto to create another pasture.

Location- The JK2 Ranch is located about an hour from North Fort Worth and under 2 hours from Downtown Dallas in the NE portion of Jack County. From Wichita Falls it is about an hour South. Nearest towns are Jacksboro and Bowie. Bowie is closest at about 20 minutes with grocery, fuel, and just about everything else you would need.
