The first photos are all interior shots taken from a trail that leads from Hwy 4 all the way to the back to the dirt road. The other shots are along the front, showing the pipe and hydrant which is close to west side of the property line for land marks in locating on the Hwy. Attached to the photos behind the cover photo, is a Forest Management Plan, with all of the information about the land, intermittent streams, type of trees, and good information for you to know about the site. Please read through it. Seller has seen deer drinking from the creeks, which may become smaller in dry weather. The land is overgrown, intermittent creeks. Lake Stone Rd, keep going left, and you are approx. running along the rear of the property. Central water system has an Impact fee of $1,750 approx. There are utilities all along Hwy 4 to connect to the property. look for the ERA sign. Buyer to satisfy himself as to any building restrictions. There were two graded roads at one time off of Hwy 4 back in to the property. They are overgrown. One went down, over a stream, and then up to a high point, which would be an ideal place to build. Property is currently taxed as agricultural land. No survey available. This is a great price per acre. Probably a little less than 25 acres as the crow flies, as it is irregular. You can see the entire parcel on the property appraiser's website by using the parcel ID number on the listing. If the buyer desires a survey, he will have to pay for his own.
