This farm is set up for running stockers. With the good balance of 64 acres of native pasture versus 196 acres of wheat land, cattle have plenty of grazing. Red Creek, a seasonal creek, runs across the whole property on the west side. This creek is lined with hackberry trees and soapberry motts, providing an excellent wind block for livestock, as well as shade in the summer.

The property has two ponds on it, one in the southwest corner and one in the northeast corner. The perimeter fences are five-line, barbed wire, and are in excellent shape. At the main entrance, a set of pipe working pens is used for sorting cattle.
