This property is excellent for hunting and cattle. Deer, turkey, and quail are abundant. There is a metal structure for a hunter's cabin and for storage. One very good water well with windmill is near the front of the property. There are 2 tanks, one is holding good. Property is easily accessed from state hwy 208 (paved frontage) and also from a county road that runs down one side. Fences are excellent. The property is covered in mesquites, brush, some cactus, and has two draws that run though it with a hill running down one side of the property giving you an excellent view of the countryside for 360 degrees.
