The real estate auction will take place on Wednesday, September 11, starting at 1 PM. The property includes 262 acres of orchard, tillable recreational land, potential building sites and homes located in Bear Lake and Manistee Townships and will be offered in 11 parcels which can be purchased individually, in any combination of parcels or in its entirety.
