There is 30 acres of hay fields and 30 acres longleaf pines and 30 acres of 16 year old planted pines. The remainder is in natural timber with a cypress bottom and a stream with a possible pond site and several food plots with lots of deer and turkey. There is a cabin for overnight hunts and a barn to store your equipment.
