Terms: The purchaser shall pay 10% of the purchase price as a down payment at the auction site at the conclusion of bidding. The balance is due with delivery of the deed on or before December 31, 2018
Mineral Rights: All mineral rights owned by the seller, if any, are included with the sale of the surface rights.
Deed: Seller shall provide a General Warranty Deed.
Railroad Right of Way: The Hatley Trust has received a deed to this right of way providing legal access to several tracts that adjoin it and will convey those rights to the buyer.
Real Estate Taxes: The Seller shall pay all taxes due and payable through 2018. All taxes due beginning January 1st 2019 and forward are the responsibility of the Buyer.
