This farm has about 3,300 ft. of frontage on both sides of KY HWY 2713 and about 3700 ft. of frontage on Arnold Leach Road.

County water is available on KY HWY 2713 and also Arnold Leach Road.

The lay of the land is from flat to rolling.

The sellers are making no mineral reservations and are transferring all they own.
