The Mountain has 2 main homes with a number of ancillary barns, shops, garages, tractor sheds, and covered storage areas. The first home was built in 1999 with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, and den. This serves the ranch as a Ranch Managers house and a hunters bunk house. The main, Owner's Home, was built in 2001 and is an Austin Stone 4 bedroom, 2 bath, with den, media room, and kitchen with open floorplan. The Mountain is served by both North Runnels County Water District and Coleman County Water District. In addition, the Lake Ivie to Abilene 30 waterline travels along the county road inside of the property and the ranch has access to raw water for livestock and wildlife watering.
Wildlife: Whitetail deer, elk, axis, black buck, fallow, black Hawaiian rams, Corsican sheep, turkey, quail and dove. This ranch has been stocked with bucks and
does from a scientific breeding facility and has some very high quality blood lines. It is typical to see 3 year old bucks in the 160" to 175" B&C range.
