North Walker Canyon Ranch is located approx. 15 miles northeast of Matador, TX., approximately 3 miles off of Hwy. 94 on a ranch easement road.

Terrain:

Rolling hills to wide canyon bottoms with moderately sloping to steep canyon walls meandering stream runs west to east across the ranch creating a beautiful ranch.

Vegetation:

Cedar and Mesquite are the predominate trees with scattered hackberry and cottonwood on the ranch. There is also much smaller brush which makes for idear dear habitat and quail cover. The ranch has a reputation of having excellent native and improved grass cover.

Water:

There are 2 wells with windmills, two earth tanks amd a flowing stream running several miles across the ranch.

Improvements:
