Dempsey Auction Company is pleased to announce an auction for the sale of 3,668 acres situated in the above seven Mississippi counties. The auction will take place, rain or shine, at the Oxford Conference Center in Oxford, Mississippi. The Oxford Conference Center is located one mile north of the Intersection of Highway 6 and Highway 7 just off Highway 7. Follow the signs to the Oxford Conference Center which is a very comfortable, state of the art venue.

The property in this sale is currently managed by The Campbell Group, LLC and marketed through Jefferson Timber Properties, LLC. This sale consists of 19 tracts ranging in size from 66 acres to 562 acres.
The properties vary from pine plantations, both young and old, to natural pine and hardwood timber stands along creeks. All of the properties are well managed for timber, wildlife and recreational purposes. Many of the pine plantations are ready or will soon be ready for harvest.

The auction begins at 10:00 AM Central Standard Time on October 27, 2010.
