Malvern Bypass tract will be sold by lump sum sealed bid on Friday, Sept. 19, 2008, at 3:00pm. The Malvern bypass runs diagonally through the tract one and one-quarter mile north of the Highway 67 intersection. Paved spur ramps to the tract are located on each side of bypass. Subject is well stocked with pine sawtimber and pulpwood. A small creek, surrounded by hardwood, runs through the tract. Terrain is gently rolling. Soils mainly consist of Sacul-Smithdale sandy loams with site index for loblolly pine averaging 80 feet on fifty year base.
