150 acres, m/l, to be offered in two individual parcels:
Parcel 1 - 150 acres with 117.5 est. crop acres and CSR of 76.8
Parcel 2 - 30 acres with 28.3 est. crop acres and CSR of 78.4
Closing scheduled for April 5, with possession being given March 4, 2011. If buyer incurs field expenses between time of possession and closing, and Buyer cannot close, all expenses incurred and inputs placed on the farm will be forfeited.
