Focal point of the property is the breath taking cedar tone wood, two story 56X44 barn with emerald green roof, four CMI custom 14X14 stalls with anodized aluminum grills, swing out feeders and utility doors. There are four rooms off the cement alleyway and across from the stalls (work room, tack room w/water heater and large sink, break room, and restroom) all encased with foam insulation. The upstairs (55X16) which is fully wired, overlooks the lighted stalls below. This over eight hundred square feet area could easily be converted into living quarters. All water tanks have electricity run to them for heater plug in.
