Recreation:

The ranch has excellent fishing in each of the stock ponds. Various species of wildlife including whitetail deer, hogs, duck, and dove can be found on the ranch.

Water:

There are 3 stock ponds on the property. The largest is located on the west border of the property right in the center. There is a community waterline that runs along the western border of the property along FM RD 4. The annual rainfall for this area is approximately 31 inches.
