WATER

There are 2 ponds located throughout the property. The ranch has a Carrizo water well on it supplying the camp area and one of the ponds.

HABITAT

The brush diversity on the property is second to none. Multiple small creeks and drainages meander through the ranch. There is a nice camp site set up with water and electric. The soils are very diverse from red sand to sandy loam with several oat patches.

Wildlife:

Very healthy whitetail population with multiple deer in 150-160 inch range. Turkeys, dove, quail, hogs and javelina can also be found around the ranch. 3 feed stations with feeder pens around them and cottonseed rings will convey with the sale.
