From Pleasantville, Iowa: Travel south out of town on S. Hobson Street / Business Highway 5 for about 1 mile. Tract 1 is located west of Business Highway 5 and south of Inwood Street. Continue to Jesup Street and turn left (south), as Tract 2 is located along the north side of the road and Tract 3 is located south of Jesup Street. Continue to 50th Place and Tract 4 will be on the west side of the road. Look for the Peoples Company signs on each tract.

From Des Moines Metro: Travel through Carlisle, Iowa on State Highway 5 and continue for about 13 miles and turn left (east) onto Business Highway 5 / Iowa 368. Take a slight right (south) onto Jesup Street. Tract 1 is located along the west side of Business Highway 5, Tracts 2 and 3 are located on the north and south side of Jesup Street, and Tract 4 is located south of Tract 3 along 50th Place.
