This fine ranch is located approximately 15 miles West of Llano, fronting Highway 152 and approximately 3 miles East of Castell.
The ranch is fenced and has an old hunting cabin. Electricity is on the neighboring ranches, one North and one West. There is one hand dug well along the creek that furnishes water by way of windmill, and there is a spring that is reported to be strong and run virtually all the time. Two creeks run through about one half of the ranch lenght wise. Deer, turkey, and some quail and other wildlife native to the area are found here, and the cover makes for good hunting.
The land is rolling and runs down to the two creek areas with large live oaks, pecans, and elms. Upon entrance of the ranch there is a large area of mesquite. There are some very good views from the higher elevations of the ranch and it is very strong cow country, excellent for wildlife.
