Terrain is rolling to flat on the east side with some hills and breaks on the west end. There are some good views from the elevated points on the west end.

Water is provided by one windmill in the north east corner. The windmill have concrete reservoir and water trough. There is dirt tank in the south west corner that will go dry during prolonged dry spells. There is also a dirt tank along the northern boundary that is shared and split by fence with the property to the north.
