Approximately 78+/- acres are planted to almonds (2012 planting) with the balance of the property consisting of irrigated farmland. The western 160+/- acres of almonds on the property is in the process of being removed. The property receives contract water from the Arvin - Edison Water District throughout two (2) turnouts.
