The County Road Tract is ±32 acres on both sides of the Country Road. This is a good tract for house or just to grow timber on. The land beside the road on the east side of the Country Road is high. If you walk east toward the back of the tract the property gets low making it ideal for a pond. The tract currently has a good volume of timber and it is ready to cut. It was thinned about 5 years ago. There is a house spot on the tract that already has power running to it.

The tract is located about 3 miles north or Bowman SC.
From I -26 get off on exit 159 an head south on the Homestead road then take a right onto Winter Creek road. The next paved road to the left will be the Country Road. Take a left onto the Country Road the tract will down about a half a mile on both sides of the road.
From Bowman head west on the Charleston Hwy (178), take a right onto the Country Road and follow it until you see the AFM signs.
