This propety will be sold in two tracts.
Tract 1 will consist of 40 +/- Acres. There were 40.4 reported planted acres in 2011. The taxes paid in 2010 were $1,673.74.
Tract 2 will consist of 280 +/- Acres. There were 225 reported planted acres in 2011. There is an acreage on Tract 2 consisting of 5.03 +/- acres that has been surveyed off and will not be sold with the farm ground. Tract 2 has 37.9 acres of pasture. The taxes paid in 2010 were $11,398.96 with the acreage still in tact.
