This 320 +/- acres of land lies approx. 5 miles SW of Buffalo, OK. It is comprised of mostly native grasses and is all under one fence. Access to the property is from the south and fairly remote. There is a creek along the east and northeast side of the property as well as a water well that may provide water for livestock and/or wildlife.
