This half section of CRP is well located on pavement just south of Pampa. CRP Contract expires in September 2022. The Property has 18 oil wells( some not working) and two tank batteries. Pictures were taken just before over 95 % of this Property burned.
From the Intersection of US Hwy 60 and Texas Hwy 70 in Pampa, go S on Hwy 70 2 1/2 Miles to the NE corner of the Property. Hwy 70 is on the E side of the Property, County Rd I on the N and County Rd 6 on the W
