LOCATION: The property is located in northern Matagorda County, approx. 2 miles east of Hwy 71 and Midfield, TX on FM 2431. It is located approx. 37 miles south of El Campo, TX. The ranch is covered with various species of oak timber and native brushes and has extremely good wildlife habitat as well as great proximity to a live river. The property ranges from semi-open areas with huge under brushed oaks to dense timber along the river.
