IMPROVEMENTS: There is one domestic water well located on the ranch. It is fully equipped with the water being distributed to water troughs to the pens. Approx. 85 acres of the ranch have been improved with jiggs bermuda grass for hay production or grazing. There have been several nice scoring native deer seen as well as harvested off of this property in recent years. Also found on this ranch, in abundance, are hogs as well as dove.
