The Southfork Tract is located five miles northwest of Gurdon near the Southfork community. Southfork Baptist Church is located on adjoining land. Access is excellent with over 800 feet of paved road frontage on the north and woods road on the east.

Tract consists of pre-merchantable pine plantation established in 1996 which should be ready to first thin in about four years.
