Only 19 miles southwest of Rocksprings with elevations of 2080' to 2260', this ranch is bounded on the north by a county road, on the south by a private road and on the east and west sides by high ridges. The rolling oak valley has a seasonal creek fed by two box canyons. The liveoak, shinoak, pinon pine, grama, buffalo and bluestem habitat is home to whitetail, turkey, axis, dove, quail and feral hogs. The ranch is minutes from public boat ramp on Lake Amistad.
