From Loop 304 in Crockett, Drive North on Highway 287 for 10 miles onto South Market Street in downtown Grapeland, drive 1.1 miles, take a left onto FM 227. Drive 0.2 miles and stay right onto FM 1272/N Olive Street. From there drive 1.1 miles to FM 2960 then keep right which turns into CR 2300/Oak Grove Road. Travel for 4.9 miles and the property gate is on the left. Once through the gate, stay left for 0.6 miles, take the 4th right from the gate and the property will be on the right.
