Ranch:
This ranch is a long rectangle fronting FM 623. It has very heavy South Texas brush with a good number of Live Oaks. There are numerous senderos and a road that loops around the ranch. The terrain is rolling with good elevation change. The southern portion of the acreage is caliche based with the north much more sandy to sandy loam type soil. There is electricity on FM 623. The ranch has excellent habitat for deer, trukey, and hogs. Fences are described as fair to very good.
Minerals: Surface only sale. There appears to be no active production but there are some old tanks and other hardware. There are several pipelines crossing the property.
Comments: This ranch has excellent hunting habitat and would be a great site to high fence and raise quality whitetails.
