This 36,000 square foot facility on 38 acres features a 123 by 135 fully enclosed indoor arena with EquiTread crumb rubber footing. Rubber brick pavers line all the walkways. The two hot and cold water tiled wash/grooming stations are conveniently located with one on each side of the arena. There are three handicap accessible restrooms with a shower and laundry room. The climate controlled viewing room features a full kitchen with concessions and/or catering. There is Wi-Fi throughout the facility and a security system with cameras. The show office is conveniently located and is wired for sound and microphones. There is plenty of room for trailer parking and vendor booths. The gift shop is a great place after a ride to pick up that last minute gift or card.

Vineyard Stables has hosted several events including the Oregon Horsemens Association Clinic, OFEA Crazy Ribbon Schooling Show, Vineyard Stables Open Equine Classic, and the OFEA Open Horse Show. Childrens birthday parties and Kids Night Out activities have provided great entertainment for the younger equestrian crowd.

Full care is currently offered at $395 per month for the pampered horse. The facility has 24 126 by 126 matted stalls with soft wood pellet bedding. Attached to the stalls are 126 X 36 paddocks with dutch doors and roof overhang. There are two heated, locking tack rooms with security cameras.

A 80 X 200 outdoor arena provides a chance to ride outside, weather permitting. The acres of incredible groomed riding trails provides a perfect opportunity to experience nature and take in some incredible views.
