Terms: Earnest money down on each tract as follows: Tract 1 - $15,000, Tract 2 - $50,000, Tract 3 - $7,500, Tract 4 - $7,500 due day of auction with balance due on or before April 19, 2021 for Tracts 2, 3, & 4 and Tract 1 closing on May 3, 2021. The Buyer and Seller shall split equally in the cost of title insurance and the closing fee. Bidding is not contingent upon financing. Financing, if necessary, needs to be arranged and approved prior to the auction. Statements made day of the auction take precedence over all printed advertising and previously made oral statements.
