The tract is located about 4 miles northeast of Fountain Hill off of Ashley County Road 137. The tract has an excellent stand of high quality mature pine sawtimber with some pine and hardwood pulpwood. All four boundaries are marked with yellow boundary line paint.

Timber Inventory: The timber inventory was estimated by Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. in February of 2012 using conventional plot cruise resulting in a 9.8% cruise of the +/-37.8 acre clearcut area and a 100% marked tally of pine trees in the +/-2 acre stream buffer. Volumes were calculated using locally accepted volume tables. Detailed timber information is available upon request.

The topography is gently rolling with some flat topography along drainages. The soils consist of predominately Sacul fine sandy loam and Tippah silt loam and some Guyton soils along the drainage. The soils offer good site index for Loblolly Pine with an average of 80 Feet (base Age 50) per the NRCS Web Soil Survey.
