Down Payment: 10% as down payment on the day of the auction with the balance in cash at closing on or before closing or before 45 days. The down payment may be in the form of cashiers check, personal check, or corporate check. Closing: Closing shall take place on or before 45 days from Auction Date. Survey: Survey has been completed by DDI Engineering Inc. Buyer(s) and Seller(s) will split cost of the survey on a 50/50 basis.
