This spot is a great opportunity to create something commercial or subdivide into two lots and create housing. Near the top of the lot is the condo connector trail that comes by Mt. Brook and Sprucewoods. Although many people are unaware of this trail it does still exist and makes it possible to ski to the Sherburne area and to ski back down from the upper mountain. People do use it for hiking and snow shoeing as well and to connect to the snow mobile trail that goes out Dashney Road but is not heavily used. The current owner has owned the property since 1979 and has not done soil testing or septic design.
