This is a very productive farm with 3 Edwards irrigation wells. These wells have been tested to produce approximately 3000 gallons per minute. The farm is permitted with 2304 acre-feet of Edwards water. There are 7 pivot systems operating and in good condition.

The Frio River is the west boundary of the farm. The river is gorgeous, with big trees and deep aqua-blue pools of water.
