This may be one of the most diverse ranches in Northern California. The owner's love of wildlife can be seen with their 37 years of dedication to wetlands development, grasslands restoration and game management. The ranch enjoys substantial income from crops, CRP and potential hunting leases. Large herds of antelope and mule deer make the ranch a hunter's paradise. Rocky mountain elk provide an added big game opportunity. The 4,500 +/- acre ranch has excellent soils and produces commercial dairy grade alfalfa, certified organic alfalfa, rye, oat and wheat. The 2,600-ton capacity grain storage bin is the only organic certified bin in the valley. The nine ag-wells produce over 20,600 gallons a minute.
