Approximately 4,867 total acres. 702 acres of deeded land including approximately 117 acres of irrigation farmland. The balance is 4,165 acres of BLM. The area weather permits a variety of crops including alfalfa, cotton and vegetables which the farm has produced. Water rights include EBID irrigation rights, ground water irrigation and domestic/stock water rights. This operation includes an irrigation well as well as domestice/stock wells. Pecan trees are around the side of the farmland and there is a small pecan grove.
