The 4958 Dry Devils Ranch lies in east central Val Verde County, approximately half way between Del Rio and Sonora. This remote property has elevations ranging from 1,500 to over 2,000 feet above sea level, creating staggering views and incredible bluffs with numerous caves and other terrain unique to this area of Texas. Spread throughout this rugged country is a good network of roads and ample areas with good soils and vegetation.
The Devils State Natural Area and Dolan Falls Preserve, combining for approximately 25,000 acres, border the ranch to the south providing access to the Devils River, and multiple other neighboring ranches have conservation easements in place preventing further partitioning. The Dry Devils River traverses through the center of the ranch on its way to the Devils River.
