4-Way Ranch

This is one of the most productive cattle and hay producing ranches in San Saba County, not to mention that probably has the lowest price too! The entire ranch, except for about 45 acres, is in well-established Coastal Bermuda Grass. Take Hwy 45 north from Richland Springs and travel about 8 mile; turn left (west) on FM 765 and travel about 7 miles to the community of Elm Grove. The ranch is next to the Elm Grove VFD. Sign on the gate.
