Head east on I-40 toward US-93.

Take Exit 71 for US-93 South / Phoenix.

Continue on US-93 South for approximately 33 miles.

Turn left onto Blake Ranch Road / CR 141.

Continue for about 1.5 miles, then turn right onto Windmill Ranch Road.

Follow Windmill Ranch Road and the internal ranch roads for approximately 6–7 miles (stay on the primary graded routes).

Turn onto E Black Bird Rd, which leads directly to the property’s access point.

Note: Windmill Ranch roads are well-maintained by the POA and suitable for most high-clearance vehicles.

From Phoenix, Arizona (Approx. 2 hours 45 minutes)

Head north on I-17 toward Flagstaff.

Take Exit 223A to merge onto Loop 101 West.

Continue on Loop 101, then take Exit 24 for US-60 West toward Wickenburg.

Stay on US-60 West through Wickenburg.

Continue straight onto US-93 North toward Kingman.

Travel on US-93 North for approximately 80 miles.

Turn right onto Blake Ranch Road / CR 141.

Continue for about 1.5 miles, then turn right onto Windmill Ranch Road.

Follow Windmill Ranch Road and internal ranch routes for 6–7 miles until you reach E Black Bird Rd.

Follow E Black Bird Rd directly to the property.
