The new owner will receive approximate payments of $17,714.00 + $6,000.00 for the structure. This is to run power on the south side of the property and will be 6ft from the south side of the property running east & west. It will be power poles to carry DC power.
If land, including a portion of whole parcel, is taken out of the USDA CRP programs prematurely after the auction closing, the new owners are liable to refund the USDA for past payments. Bidding is by the acre. The final bid price will be multiplied by the total number of acres which is 40 acres. Such a number will be put in the purchase agreement. CRP acres are closely estimated, and there is no guarantee they will exactly match up when the USDA switches to the new owner.
Real Estate is sold As Is. 10% down sale remainder due at closing approx. 40 days.. Maps, borders, on brochures, websites and markers in the field are estimates and are simply to be used as guidelines. Schmid Auction is not responsible for accidents. The biding will be by the acre.
