This remote, off the grid 40 acre parcel is a deer or duck hunter's paradise. It is accessed via the private Triangle Ranch Road. The road in is largely sandy, and there is a latched gate about a 1.5 miles back from the subject 40. The last 1/2 mile of access trail is over an old logging road and through a pine plantation. The road is somewhat grown in from the red pine. A large portion of the west half of the 40 is marshy area with Old Joe's Creek running through it. The SE corner of the parcel has about an 8 acre red pine plantation that sticks out into the 40 like a small peninsula. It would be easy to build a hunting shack or cabin in the red pine plantation. Most of the land to the south and east is CFA, so it'd be more land to hunt. The Hemlock River winds back and forth in the area, among several smaller inland lakes, so there are fishing spots for more recreation in the area too.
