40 Acres Megargel

40 acres just south of Hwy 114 off of Seventh Street in Megargel. Mostly wheat cultivation with some brush. Going west on Hwy 114, turn south on Seventh Street at convenience store in Megargel. Road ends at property gate. Must have appintment.
