Turn west on 42nd St. NE and drive one mile. Then turn south on 59th Ave. NE and continue one mile. This will bring you to the southwest corner of parcel 1. From here, go west 0.5 mile to reach the northeast corner of the 40 +/- acre portion of parcel 2.
