Tract 1: This tract consists of 167 acres (+/-) with 152.6 acres in cultivation and the remaining 15 acres in improved grasses. The FSA record indicates 152.6 acres of wheat base with an average yield of 44 Bu./A. This tract has a 2004 T-L, 7 tower center pivot. The pivot is complete with drops and IWOB sprinklers and is tipped at 650 G.P.M. Water is provided by an 8 Layne Bowler turbine pump which is set at 450. The pump is powered by a 150 HP vertical shaft electric motor. The electrical system also has a soft start system. The conservation work is good and the productivity has been well maintained.
Tract 2: This tract consists of 155 acres (+/-) with 109 acres in irrigated cultivation and the remaining 46 acres is in improved grasses. Approximately 31 acres of the improved grass is irrigated by the center pivot system. The FSA record indicates 109 acres of wheat base with an average yield of 44 Bu./A. This tract has a 2007 Zimmatic 8 tower center pivot. This pivot has 122 acres under irrigation. The pivot has the Grow-Smart control system and is complete with drops and IWOB sprinklers. The water on this tract currently comes from the well on Tract 1. There has been a test well drilled to a depth of 500 close to the pivot point and the results were very good. Other improvements include a stock well (needs pump) and a steel cattle corral. The fences are all very good.
Tract 3: This tract contains 8 acres (+/-) and has 3 acres in the building site and the balance in cultivated land. This tract has 900 (+/-) of frontage on Lawter Road (E 1010).
