400 acres ( more or less ) of good sandy soil for most of all small grain crops for this area. The property runs from CR 2230 on the West side over to CR 2235 on the East side property line, both county roads are graveled, all weather roads and the land starts about 1/2 mile North of FM 1396. This property has been planted in wheat, corn, soybeans, small grain crops and plans are to have it in soybeans for this coming year. The property has also been used for winter pasture.
