TRACT 1: N/2NE/4 of 4-18-41

TRACT 2: SW/4 of 33-17-41

TRACT 3: SE/4 of 11-18-41

MINERAL RIGHTS: All of the Sellers interest will transfer to the Buyer(s) at closing.

POSSESSION: Tracts 1 and 2: Date of closing.

Tract 3: Date of closing, subject to tenant’s rights on the growing wheat.
