This tract is in northeast Wilkinson County and is divided by MS Highway 563. The terrain is hilly and the east fork of Dry Creek runs through the northwest and southwest portions of the property. The property has a gas transmission line running through the northwest corner and power lines through the south portion. Salem Lane, an abandoned road, runs south from Hwy 563 then turns east and stops at the National Forest property. Evergreen Lane runs through the tract on the southeast side. Approximately 15% of the tract is in SMZ with bottomland hardwoods and pine the balance is various age groups of planted pine and natural re-generation pine. Utilities are available and there are several places for camp sites.
