There is a lot of junk and debris on the property. This is the original owner and they have been dedicated "collectors" during their more than 40 years of ownership. A new roof was installed on the home approximately 5 years ago but the interior of the home does need some work. The home is sound but dated with little maintenance over the last couple of years.

Don't let the negatives keep you from looking at this property. It is an outstanding piece of foothill property that has real potential. It does need a lot of elbow grease but you would be hard put to find a better piece of land anywhere up here.
